A Biotechnologist of Tanzania with the Bachelor of Technology in laboratory science from DIT. Felister has 6 years of experience in the Food processing industry and projects related to food security and traceability. Felister used to work at Bahari foods company, a fish processing company as the head of quality control from (2018-2022) she is also now working at omros foods company as the general manager.
She was involved in ECDT (Electronic catch documentation and traceability in Kilwa district year 2022 as a member in the general strategic plan committee, with AFO (aqua-farms-organization) featured SALT (Seafood alliance for Legality and traceability).
She has also involved in is in the process of developing standards on fish and fishery products (AFDC 23) at Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) year 2023 as member of the Standard committee.
She has also participated in Octopus Fishing using pots at Songosongo project, that was conducted by TAFIRI (Tanzania fishery research institute) years 2022- 2023.
Felister attended some food security summit in UAE, Abu Dhabi year 2023, and she also participated in an exhibition event of food packaging and beverage in Nairobi, kenya year 2024.

Christina Mng’ong’o is a Co founder and Secretary of Heal NGO, located in Tanzania. 7 years experience in Plastic manufacturing Industry, she has worked with Dutch Company involved in providing clean energy to locals and farmers using biogas digester technology from 2013 to 2018.
B2B and B2C experience as a Senior Sales Manager for KUKU POA LTD where she tacked the poultry industry in Tanzania, between Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha and Zanzibar, where she has linked and worked with hotels, restaurants and Mining Industries ensuring Quality, Service and good relationship with community through business. She attended Mikono Speakers training on 2022 at Double tree hotel and got Certification for B2B Customer management.
Currently she is working with SILAFRICA TANZANIA LTD, as Raw material & Procurement Head of Department, from 2021, where she was able to contribute to implementation of Intergrade Management system for the ISO14001:2015/ISO45001 and Certification for the same, also got training for SYSPO ERP Master Data creation from LANCEA a South African Data Science company and got Certification for the same.
Working with different companies and aspects for the last 10 years, Christina believe in changes and in serving the community, through HEAL NGO, as of the founders we believe in better, sustainable economic development for our community, through Heal, we will be able to reach and help bring changes and better life standard for the people in Tanzania, East Africa and the World. She is holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology(DIT).
Joyce is experienced and adaptable professional with over 7 years of expertise across electronics and telecommunications, construction management, and production planning.
She demonstrated success in quickly adapting, acquiring new skills, and excelling in fast-paced settings. Joyce is proficient in project management, data analysis, and communication, with a strong commitment to continuous enhancement. Currently showcasing leadership by supervising a team of 8 members to optimize production schedules and drive operational excellence.

small-scale fisheries resource management, fish loss assessment, and
Value chain analysis.
He has 35+ years of work experience in fisheries
sector, and has worked previously as Chief Executive of Fisheries Education
and Training Agency (FETA. Upon his retirement from public service in
January 2020, the President of United Republic of Tanzania appointed him
Board Chairperson of Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI).
Yahya has consulted for several national and international organizations, with the most recent (2022-2023) being the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation (FAO) assignment, as an International Consultant on Fish loss and Value chain, particularly in Tanzania, South Sudan, Colombia, Sri Lanka, Barbados and Italy. He has provided training courses on fish loss assessment in several countries including Malawi, Angola, Liberia, South Sudan and Guyana.
Also, he has provided consultancy services in other countries such as Eritrea, Nigeria, Senegal, Madagascar, Mozambique, Uganda, Namibia, South Africa, Kenya and Guyana. With regard to Mafia Island, he has provided consultancy service to Mafia Island Marine Park (MIMP) on reviewing General Management Plan, and in conducting marketing survey.
Likewise, he was engaged by PEM Consult in conducting
Mid-Term evaluation of WWF’s RUMAKI project and development of
RUMAKI 2 project. At different times, he was contracted by WWF to
conduct VCA on octopus’ fishery, and in conducting VCA on small pelagic
fishery.
Yahya holds an MSc degree in fisheries resource management from
the University of Tromso in Norway, an MBA from Open University of
Tanzania, and has a Diploma in Fisheries technology: processing, Quality
Control and Marketing from Mbegani.
